Complete Package for Wood, Aluminum or Steel Door and Frame includes Dorma Model BTS80 Closer Body and Cement Case, 74010 (3/4") Spindle, 15323 Bottom Arm and Cap, 7410 Cover Plate and 15120 Top Pivot

• Available Fixed Spring Size 3, 4, or 6
• Compact closer body and cement case 2-3/8" deep suited for thin slab concrete construction
• Accommodates doors weighing up to 660 lbs. and measuring up to 4'-6" wide
• Mechanical backcheck at approximately 70° built in to size 4 and 6 closer bodies
• Dual thermostatic control valves combined with hydraulic fluid provide controlled closing from 175°
• Delayed action is functional when hold open feature is not engaged
• A pressure relief valve protects closer from damage caused by forced closing
• Closer adjustment in cement case provides 1/4" lateral/longitudinal and 5/32" height adjustment
• Model 15220 Intermediate Pivot recommended, sold separately
