Complete Package for Aluminum Door and Frame includes Dorma Model BTS80 Closer Body and Cement Case, 8062 Top Pivot, 7422 Bottom Arm, 74010 (3/4") Spindle & 7410 Cover Plate
- Available Size 3 (Old Barrier Free Exterior), 4 (Old Size 2, Standard) or 6 (Old Size 3, Strong)
- Compact closer body and cement case 2-3/8" deep suited for thin slab concrete construction
- Closer body is non-handed
- Accommodates doors weighing up to 660 lbs. and measuring up to 4'-6" wide
- Mechanical backcheck at approximately 70° (Size 3, BFE without backcheck feature)
- Dual thermostatic control valves combined with hydraulic fluid provide controlled closing from 175°
- Selectable Multipoint Hold Open
- Delayed Action is functional when hold open is not engaged.
- A pressure relief valve protects closer from damage caused by forced closing
- Closer adjustment in cement case provides 1/4" lateral/longitudinal and 5/32" height adjustment
