RGA - Return Goods Authoriztion

RGA requests must be made within 45-days of the original Invoice/Order date. Once we receive your Return Request, an RGA Number will be assigned and a copy of your return request will be sent to you via Email.

Upon receipt of your return, the item(s) returned will be inspected and credit issued in accordance to our return policy. Customer is responsible for return shipping and we encourage you to ship your return insured via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground. Returns must be received by us within 30-Days of the RGA request date.
