Features
H117-3/4x587 Bottom Pivot for use with Rixson Model H340, H345 or SPLO-22 Top Pivots
Includes Floor Bearing, Floor Plate, Secondary Thrust Bearing and Bottom Arm Pack

• Identical to Model H117-3/4 except:
  • Special Side Load (587) arm for 1-3/4" thick doors
  • and/or allows pivot point to be moved away (inset) from edge of door
• Bottom pivot is mortised into floor
• Equipped with 587 side load arm for 1-3/4" thick doors
• Extra heavy-duty bearings
• Double acting unless stopped by some means on the door frame
• Not allowed for use on labeled doors and frames
• Pivot point centered in thickness of door
• Door must have radius on pivot edge
• Doors do not return to center
• Furnished with wood and machine screws
• Requires top pivot for new installations (sold separately)
