Complete package includes Rixson Model H28 Closer Body, Cement Case, End Load Bottom Arm Package, Floor Plate and Model H340 Top Pivot

For high traffic or extra heavy doors (2" min. thickness)
Additional thrust bearing for greater load capacity
Built-in positive dead stop (90 or 105 degrees) prevents door from swinging beyond the desired opening degree
Available non hold open (NHO) or selective hold open (SHO) at same degree as dead stop
Separate and independent valves for closing speed, latch speed and back-check
Cast iron cement case
Furnished with wood and machine screws
Not allowed for fire rated doors
Applied stop required if not supplied on frame, sold separately (see Rixson Model 60131)
