Complete package includes Rixson Model H28 Closer Body, Cement Case, Side Load (587) Bottom Arm Package, Floor Plate and Model H340 Top Pivot

Identical to Model H28 except:
- Special side load arm (587) for 1-3/4" thick doors
- Allows pivot point to be moved away from heel edge of door
- Arm locks to spindle from face of door vs. heel edge
For extra heavy or high traffic door applications
Additional thrust bearing for greater load capacity
Built-in positive dead stop (90 or 105 degree) prevents door from swinging beyond the desired opening degree
Available non hold open (NHO) or selective hold open (SHO) at same degree as dead stop
Separate and independent valves for closing speed, latch speed and back-check
Cast iron cement case
Furnished with wood and machine screws
Not allowed for fire rated doors
Applied stop required if not supplied on frame, sold separately (see Rixson Model 60131)
