Complete Package includes Rixson Model L27 Closer Body,  L180 Top Pivot, Bottom Arm Package, Floor Plate Package and Cement Case

• Heavy-duty bottom arm and top pivot with screw holes designed to straddle lead lining
• L27 is the recommended replacement for Rixson's discontinued H27 Floor closer
• For 1-3/4" thick door
  
• Thrust bearing for greater load capacity
• Built-in positive dead stop prevents door from swinging beyond the desired opening degree
• Available non-hold open (NHO) or selective hold open (SHO) at same degree as dead stop
• Separate and independent valves for closing speed, latch speed and back-check
  
• Vertical door adjustment
• Cast iron cement case
• Furnished with wood and machine screws
• Intermediate pivots required. Rixson Model ML19 intermediate pivots sold separately.
• Closer body available less all parts (-LAP)
• Other door thicknesses available via special factory order (2", 2-1/4", 2-1/2" and 3" thick doors)
