• Pivot set is fully concealed
• Bottom pivot is mortised into floor
• Top pivot is mortised into top jamb
• Equipped with End Load arm for 2" or thicker doors
• Extra heavy-duty bearings
• Double acting unless stopped by some means on the door frame
• Not allowed for use on labeled doors and frames
• Pivot point centered in thickness of door
• Door must have radius on pivot edge
• Doors do not return to center
• Furnished with wood and machine screws
• Extended spindles in 1/2" increments up to 2" extension available via special order
