Set includes Rixson Model 180x1-1/2 Top Pivot
- Bottom pivot mounts directly to floor
- 1-1/2" offset (measured from center-line of pivot to face of door)
- Uses same arm and cap as Rixson Model 27 floor closer
- Door edges must be beveled 1/8" in 2"
- Doors will swing up to 180 degrees, trim permitting
- Furnished with wood and machine screws
- Doors over 60" require the use of one intermediate pivot. Every additional 30" of door height warrants another intermediate pivot.
