Model 173 Pivot Set includes Rixson Model 180 Top Pivot
- Bottom pivot mounts directly to concrete floor
- 3/4" offset (measured from center-line of pivot to face of door)
- 3/8" vertical adjustment
- Door edges must be beveled 1/8" in 2"
- Doors will swing up to 180 degrees, trim permitting
- Doors up to 90" require the use of one intermediate pivot. Every additional 30" of door height warrants another intermediate pivot.
