Complete Package includes Rixson Model 27 Closer Body and Cement Case, Floor Plate, 1-1/2" Offset Bottom Arm Package and Model 180x1-1/2 Top Pivot

• Available non-hold open (NHO) or selective hold open (SHO) at same degree as dead stop
• Built-in positive dead stop prevents door from swinging beyond the desired opening degree (specify 90° or 105°)
• Separate and independent valves for closing speed, latch speed and back-check
• Cycolac cement case
• Furnished with wood and machine screws
• Doors up to 90" in height should use one intermediate pivot. Each additional 30" warrants another. Rixson Model M19x1-1/2 intermediate pivots sold separately

Technical Notes:
All Rixson single acting closers have a preloaded spindle that causes the arm (door) to come to rest beyond the zero degree position approximately 5-7 degrees. This is to ensure the latch engages in the strike and to help overcome negative building pressures. This requires all frames to have integral or applied stops.
