Includes Spindle Stud and Bottom Arm Pack

• Bottom pivot surface mounted or mortised into floor
• Pivot features sealed bearing for protection against weather and debris
• Double acting unless stopped by some means on the door frame
• Pivot point centered in thickness of door
• Door must have radius on pivot edge
