SOSS Invisible Hinges now can be installed easier and faster than ever before. Router guide templates are available for hinges as shown on the chart below. A perfect routed outline is foolproof (the only critical dimension is the depth of the shallow mortise), so you can expect a perfect installation every time.

Each router guide template is individually handcrafted for exactness. The template is held on the door and jamb with nails; guide pins locate the deep mortise. The edges of the template assure a perfect outline when used with SOSS Model RGB100 Template Guide Bushing and Lock Nut (sold separately).

Router, 3/4" Outer Diameter Router Guide Bushing and Carbide Tipped Straight Plunge Router Bit is required, not included. See hinge size chart below for router bit size requirements.
