Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by I Hardware Direct, Inc. | Epivots.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the original purchase price (less shipping and handling). Return request after 30 days of invoice are subject to approval and a 25% restocking fee. No returns accepted after 60 days. Special Layout items, non-catalog factory orders, "Made to Order" items, factory modified products, clearance items and products marked "As-Is, No Returns" are non-refundable.

Exchanges are made with like items. Refunds are credited using the same form of payment used for the original purchase (for cash/check payments, a refund check will be issued). The process normally takes 7-10 business days to complete. No credits are issued for incomplete returns.

Customer is responsible for pre-paid return shipment to I Hardware Direct. A return authorization is requested to ensure that your return is tracked and credited properly. For return instructions and a RGA number please contact Customer Support or call us at 866-401-3510.
