Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by I Hardware Direct, Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the original purchase price (less shipping and handling). Damaged or defective items may be replaced within 30 days of purchase. Custom "MTO" items, modified products, clearance items and products marked "As-Is, No Returns" are non-refundable.
We do not charge a re-stocking fee for the return of items offered on Epivots.com
Exchanges are made with like items. Refunds are credited using the same form of payment used for the original purchase (for cash/check payments, a refund check will be issued). The process normally takes 7-10 business days to complete. No credits are issued for incomplete returns.
Customer is responsible for pre-paid return shipment to I Hardware Direct. A return authorization is requested to ensure that your return is tracked and credited properly.
