Return Policy

Returns may be made within 30-days of delivery with no re-stocking fees for stock items. A returned goods authorization number (RGA) must be issued before returning any material. A re-stocking fee up to 25% applies to all return requests accepted past 30-days. No returns will be allowed past 60-days. Factory Order, Special Layouts and Made to Order items are non-returnable and will be identified as such at time of sale. Customer is responsible for pre-paid return shipments to I Hardware Direct, Inc. unless otherwise specified.

Refunds are credited using the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Return processing normally takes 5-7 business days to complete upon return receipt. No credit will be issued for incomplete, damaged or installed produdcts.
