Payment

For orders placed on Epivots.com, I Hardware Direct, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Cardholder's Name and Address must match the Billing Information provided during checkout in order to process your order. Credit cards will not be charged until the order has shipped. If you prefer to pay by company or personal check, your order will be processed and placed on hold until payment is received.

Product pricing and shipping charges presented on this site are in US Currency. All transactional pages within Epivots.com utilize 128-Bit SSL encryption to ensure the highest level of security for a safe and secure experience on our sites. Shipping Policy

Orders placed on Epivots.com will ship via UPS Ground Service for arrival in 1-5 business days. Expedited shipping methods including UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are available upon request for an additional charge and are shown during checkout when available in your area - subject to product availability. Free Ground Shipping Promotions limited to the Contiguous U.S. (excludes HI, AK and Canada).

Orders received before 3:00 p.m. CST (M-F, excluding Holidays) ship same day pending credit approval and stock availability. UPS Shipping times are quoted in business days and exclude weekends and holidays.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Canadian orders ship via UPS Standard or UPS Worldwide Express and any additional duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is not collected for orders shipping outside the State of Illinois. Orders shipped within Illinois are subject to an Illinois State Sales Tax and will be shown on your order total during checkout. For Illinois customers seeking tax exempt status, please call for instructions on submitting the appropriate forms or fax your Illinois Form CRT-61 to Customer Support at 1-866-634-1191.

Government Orders

Government purchases of up to $2,500 in individual items or multiple items whose aggregate amount does not exceed $2,500 are classified as "micro-purchases" and can be made on this site with your P-Card Visa or MasterCard. I Hardware Direct, Inc. is registered in the CCR and classified as a small business per SBA guidelines.
