Returns may be made within 30-days of the delivery date. All returned material must be in New/Uninstalled condition. A return material authorization number (RMA) should be issued prior returning any material. A re-stocking fee up to 25% may apply to configure to order products.
Factory Order, Special Layouts and Made to Order items are non-returnable and will be identified as such at time of sale. Installation tools are non-returnable unless defective or damaged at time of delivery. Refunds are credited using the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Return processing is completed within 5-7 business days upon return receipt.
No credit will be issued for incomplete, damaged or installed product returns. Customer is responsible for pre-paid return shipments to Albany Group LLC / Epivots.com unless otherwise specified.
RMA - Return Material Authorization
Once we receive your Return Request, an RMA Number will be assigned and a copy of your return request will be sent to you via Email.
Upon receipt of your return, the item(s) returned will be inspected and credit issued in accordance to our return policy. Customer is responsible for return shipping and we encourage you to ship your return insured via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground.
