Sales Tax

Sales tax is not collected for orders shipping outside the State of Illinois. Orders shipped within Illinois are subject to an Illinois State Sales Tax and will be shown on your order total during checkout. For Illinois customers seeking tax exempt status, please call for instructions on submitting the appropriate forms or fax your Illinois Form CRT-61 to Customer Support at 1-888-680-1998.

Acceptance of an Order:

Albany Group LLC / reserves the right to decline any order, in whole or in part, when the type or quantity of goods or credit worthiness is unsatisfactory to us.


All order cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation of factory ordered material will be at the discretion of the manufacturer’s cancellation terms and may be subject to a cancellation fee and/or additional re-stocking fees.


Suspension of UPS Service Guarantee

NOTE: We ship via UPS Monday - Friday. UPS operations will continue, with daily collections and deliveries except where constrained by government restrictions.

Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee (also referred to as the UPS Money Back Guarantee) for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.

All orders shipments are FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid & Add via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified at the time of order placement. Upon Delivery of shipment to the carrier, title to and the risk of loss or damage in transit for such shipments passes to the customer in accordance with Uniform Commercial Code for shipping terms and conditions.

Orders placed on will ship via UPS Ground Service for arrival in 1-5 business days, subject to stock availability. Back-Orders and extended lead times will be communicated via Email within 48 hours of receipt of order. Expedited shipping methods including UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are available upon request for an additional charge and are shown during checkout when available in your area - subject to product availability.

Orders received before 1:00 p.m. CST (M-F, excluding Holidays) normally ship within 1-3 business days, pending credit approval and stock availability. UPS Shipping times are quoted in business days and exclude weekends and holidays.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Expedited shipping days in transit times are from when the order ships, not when the order is placed. For same day order processing/shipping please call to confirm stock and scheduling prior to placing your order. Canadian orders ship via UPS Standard or UPS Worldwide Express and any additional duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

UPS Shipping Notes & Summary Policies: During weather delays, shipments are secured in their facilities and, when possible, redirected in order to speed delivery of your packages. UPS monitors local areas and remains committed to ensuring service resumes as soon as conditions allow safe access. UPS Holiday season service guarantees: UPS Air and international Air packages* picked up or delivered within the United States are guaranteed throughout the holiday season. Commitment times for Air and international Air packages scheduled for delivery Nov. 24 and Dec. 18 - Dec. 23 will be extended as follows: UPS Next Day Air Early and UPS Worldwide Express Plus services will be extended by 90 minutes and all other Air and international Air services will be extended to end-of-day. The guarantee is suspended for all UPS Ground shipments, including shipments to and from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and UPS Standard shipments picked up or scheduled for delivery between Nov. 27 - Dec. 24. Damaged shipment claims must be reported to both the delivery carrier and Albany Group LLC. All claims must be reported to us with 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Please notify us promptly of any discrepancy in shipment and/or invoicing.

Returned Goods:

Returns may be made within 30-days of original invoice date. All returned material must be in New /Uninstalled condition. A return material authorization number (RMA) should be issued prior returning any material.

Factory Order, Special Layouts and Made to Order items are non-returnable and will be identified as such at time of sale. Refunds are credited using the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Return processing is completed within 5-7 business days upon return receipt. No credit will be issued for incomplete, damaged or installed product returns. Customer is responsible for pre-paid return shipments to Albany Group LLC / unless otherwise specified. A re-stocking fee up to 25% may apply to any return request accepted.

Albany Group LLC / assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages arising from defective parts, nor do we assume any responsibility for failure, breakage or cost which results from abuse, abnormal use, misuse, negligence, accident or failure to install products in accordance with the manufacturer’s directions and specifications. Defective products will be repaired or replaced as directed by the individual manufacturer’s warranty.
