Includes Floor Bearing, Floor Plate, Secondary Thrust Bearing and Bottom Arm Pack
- Bottom pivot is mortised into floor
- Equipped with End Load arm for 2" or thicker doors
- Extra heavy-duty bearings
- Double acting unless stopped by some means on the door frame
- Not allowed for use on labeled doors and frames
- Pivot point centered in thickness of door
- Door must have radius on pivot edge
- Doors do not return to center
- Furnished with wood and machine screws
- Requires top pivot for new installations (sold separately)
