Bottom pivot mortised into floor
Designed for lead-lined doors with lead in center of door
Screw holes in top pivot and bottom arm designed to straddle lead lining
Available to accommodate lead in door thicknesses 1-3/4" to 3". 1-3/4" standard.
3/4" offset (measured from center-line of pivot to face of door)
Door edges must be beveled 1/8" in 2"
Doors will swing up to 180 degrees, trim permitting
